Our team includes specialists in both residential sales and property management, including fully furnished and short stay accommodation.

Our guiding principle is that you have a dedicated Property Manager that handles all aspect of your property. Our promise to you is that they will have a full understanding of your property and its history, so you can confidently get on with your busy life. Further, they are always contactable, 24/7, 365 days a year. We have an emergency after hours number both you and your tenant can contact us on.

NARROW FOCUS

Another core principal relates to your Property Manager workload. Unlike other companies whose Property Managers often manage between 120-150 properties, our Property Managers only manage a maximum of 80 properties at any given time. This gives you a superior, personal service. We take time to ensure we work hard with both our property owners and tenants. Both relationships are important.

RENT PAYMENTS

You will be emailed detailed routine rent inspections from your property, the day the inspection was completed. On top of this reporting, we are proud to have zero rent arrears. This is achieved through educating the Tenant at the time of signing their lease. You further benefit by getting your rent paid twice a month, which often lines up with loan repayments. We also have an online portal that allows you to check on your property.
